Sodium acetylated hyaluronate is a grafted hyaluronic acid designed to prevent wrinkle formation caused by imbalance between matrix synthesis and degradation, with a specific molecular weight and acetylation degree.
It inhibits MMP gene expression in fibroblasts, suppresses MMP release, and protects type I collagen from degradation.
MMP reduction was confirmed in mature skin and in skin explants exposed to UV and urban dust.
It demonstrates flash reduction effect on crow's feet wrinkles and filling of nasogenian areas 6 hours after application.
